Qualitex Test House Private Limited is committed to achieve (maintain) total customer satisfaction in the field of Testing by giving Competence, Impartial, reliable, Consistent Operation and excellent Quality Testing Service of International Standard complying with ISO/IEC 17025:2017. This is achieved through continual improvement of Quality Management System, latest sustainable technologies, improved work practices and innovative development. QTHPL Labs ensure that all technical staff familiarizes themselves with documented management system and complies with relevant policies and procedures in their work.

Quality Objectives

  • To comply with Criteria based on ISO/IEC 17025: 2017, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements in the field of calibration.
  • To follow national/international standards, guidelines, practices during testing.
  • To ensure continuous improvements and upgrading of equipment, standards and test methods and management system for its effectiveness.
  • To establish and maintain formal and informal training programs internally as well as externally, of personnel of QTHPL to ensure familiarization and awareness of the content of quality manual, quality policy, management system and technical knowledge in the field of calibration and to comply with the policies procedures and test methods.
  • To ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Zero Customer complaint regarding quality of Testing.
  • Participation in Inter laboratory Comparison & Proficiency Testing Programs with Z-scores within ± 2.
  • Injury Free Laboratory.
