This is achieved through continual improvement of Quality Management System, latest sustainable technologies, improved work practices and innovative development. QTHPL Labs ensure that all technical staff familiarizes themselves with documented management system and complies with relevant policies and procedures in their work.

Zero Customer complaint regarding quality of Testing.
Participation in Inter laboratory Comparison & Proficiency Testing Programs with Z-scores within ± 2.
